EPower™ Advanced SCR Power Controller

The EPower™ Advanced SCR Power Controller is a modular multi-channel SCR power controller unit. The EPower current ratings cover ranges from 50 Amps up to 630 Amps (compact variants) and from 800 Amps to 4000 Amps (MC EPower with HPower variants). The voltage rating can go up to a maximum of 690 volts depending on current variants. Eurotherm iTools PC-based configuration software is used for commissioning and advanced programming; this is available free of charge from the Eurotherm website.

HELIMAX™

The HELIMAX^TMis a next generation heat exchanger with Continous Helical Flow Technology^TM that enables ultra-high heat transfer unlike large, traditional heat exchangers with dead zones. HELIMAX provides better performance and longer heater life in a smaller footprint allowing you to reduce maintenance intervals leading to increased productivity.

OPTIMAX

Watlow’s OPTIMAX technology combines optimal fluid dynamics, efficient heat transfer, low pressure drop and a compact and reliable package to create a world-class system solution. Watlow’s EFD (Enhanced Fluid Dynamics) technology provides advanced flow throughout the system without compromising the integrity of the fluid, heating elements and/or vessel. Fluid temperatures are further optimized through the use of OFT (Optimized Film Temperature) technology in the heating elements.

HYDROSAFE™

HYDROSAFE™, Watlow’s new indirect electric heat exchanger, is a ready-made solution for dry gas seal applications because it can be installed with a minimal amount of time and labor. This is accomplished by combining heating elements, vessel, insulation, terminal enclosure, mounting plate and inlet and outlet connections into a complete assembly. Watlow utilizes the latest thermal insulation technology assuring a “touch safe” exterior and to maximize energy savings for our customers.
